In this workshop we will talk about creating a foundation of happy and stress managed file – personality, goals, daily routines and previously discussed topics.

While it is great if you could make it to the previous 5 sessions this workshop has a value on its own – feel free to join in.

This even is co-hosted by Open Space – a non-profit space. All events and workshops are hosted on a voluntary basis in order to raise contributions for Lentil as Anything and to enrich the community. This will be a small group event in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Miracle Routines

Date: February 1, 2020

This workshop of life balance series will be focused on creating daily routines (or rituals) as a foundation of stress management.

We will create morning and evening routines and add a few suggestions on how to improve them. The workshop will also cover 2 types of most practical and effective meditations – mindfulness of breathing and metta bavhana.

This even is co-hosted by Open Space – a non-profit space. All events and workshops are hosted on a voluntary basis in order to raise contributions for Lentil as Anything and to enrich the community. For this workshop we recommend a contribution of $20, but as always, all we ask is that you contribute as you can.

Personal Power

Date: December 14, 2019

Workshop #3 will cover your personal power and how to use that in challenges you face in daily life. We cant always controls circumstances around us but we can always control our attitude towards it.

This course inspired by my personal experience working in demanding environments where keeping balance while maintaining a competitive edge is a necessity. We heard of stories of people at the top at the peak of their careers and getting knocked out by stress, illness both mental and physical.
We will explore the anatomy of stress, how your personality type pushes you over the edge, foundation of balanced and happy life.

The course will also cover how your values and beliefs can be sabotaging your wellbeing. At the end of the workshops you will build a master plan for a life filled with passion supported by sustainable habits.Come and join me for the first workshop of the series where we will work on understanding your relationship with stress and changes that you want to make in your life today.
